How to report those mean kids

Description
If you create a report from inside your client, it has two major disadvantages: a) it will always be sent to your homeserver, b) it remains encrypted if sent from an encrypted room. Also: sometimes the context matters in order to form a proper decision, which the report feature does not provide (unless the room is not encrypted and we dig into our database).
Submitting your report
This service is run by one admin and two moderators. In order to resolve your request most efficiently, we are running a handy helpdesk bot to your service. It will notify all three of us about your request and relays messages from and to you. Please also doublecheck with our rules before filing.
